I brought an oddball challenge (trying to figure out why VLookUps kept bombing out when using Salesforce.com extract data even though it looked clean to the human eye). McKenzey put the data into Notepad and pointed out that there was hidden code in it and showed me how to use "Clean and Trim" to clean the data before using VLookUps so they'd flow. I am grateful!
