Microsoft Outlook
As a credit manger, with my last job lasting 18 years, I well versed in using Outlook versions 2003, 2007, and 2010. I am knowledgeable in setting up new users, sending and replying to emails, customizing default and optional signature formats, customizing setting up and assigning tasks, the use of the calendar and notes, how to add new personal folders, customizing quick access toolbars, setting up reminders, and managing and customizing a host of other lesser known functions within Outlook.

For over the past 20+ years I have used Windows versions: Win 1-3), XP, Visa, Windows 7 & 8, and most recently using Windows 8.1. I know how to perform disk cleaning and defragging functions to Windows to optimized PC performance, do perform backups- install updates - create system backup disk, how to add hardware such as: upgrade RAM, upgrade drives to accommodate new hardware, add a new hard disks or CD RRW drives, printers, PC cameras, connect phones that make use by way of use of the internet, add keyboards & mice, monitors, add/load new software - via CD or internet, make connections to the internet, and perform numerous other Widows functions.

I have over 18 year of experience using Microsoft Word - versions 2003, 2007, and 2010. I extensive knowledge in setting-up default pages, page formatting, modifying text and using WordArt, creating headers & footers, editing & applying illustrations, applying tables, mail merging, and in the use of numerous other functions within the Word software.

As a credit manger, with my last job lasting 18 years, and over 16 as a District and Council Trainer with the Boy Scouts of America, I am well versed in the use of PowerPoint - versions 2003, 2007, and 2010. I have made over 20+ presentations using PowerPoint to large groups & small group alike (5 - over 200 people). I have extensive knowledge in page design & formatting slides, using slide transitions & applying sounds and video, the use of animations, creating links to the Internet, inserting images - spreadsheets - graphs, using word art, graphs, and the use of other features.
