When I started looking for a tutor, I knew I had two special needs... 1. I had studied Hebrew for many years as a child. I came to our first class with no idea of how much I had or hadn't retained. There's no way a traditional classroom would have worked for me now. Judi has been supportive and flexible as we've discovered together what's still "in there" and how to work from that foundation. 2. I'm studying Hebrew because I'm planning a trip to Israel that will include a lot of sailing off the coast. When Judi learned that, she specially adapted her lesson plans to include sailing words and phrases. That means every week she is creating a program that is unique to me. As a person Judi is delightful and enthusiastic and laughs a lot. As a tutor, she brings all that to the table as well as a professional, thoughtful, well-planned approach to my specific situation. I can't imagine anyone who could have been a better fit. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!
